We started to write our history in Romania in January 2020 when we opened the Cluj Office R&D Centre. We are a team of enthusiastic people, sharing the same core values, vision, and also determination to achieve great things and deliver high-quality results for our customers.
One of our main goals is to grow the Cluj Office R&D Centre, implementing a clear expansion strategy in order to constantly develop in 3 key aspects: the knowledge of our team, the refinement of our techniques that we use, and the technologies for our products.
Another important objective for us is bringing together valuable professionals, people with strong values that align with our company principles, in order to improve communities and drive sustainable change.
A common question we are asked is, “Why should I join Grab when there are so many opportunities at other companies in Cluj”?
First and foremost, it is because we understand our value proposition. Our Engineers have gained significant expertise, therefore they could easily understand customers’ needs and how our products meet their expectations.
