Escape Room-Style Interview Game Designed for a Team of Two Candidates
Any game makes you feel good. We have prepared for you a special “Escape Room” which will simulate an interview from which you will learn a lot. And what could be better than learning by playing?
In this escape room-style interview game for a team of two candidates, participants will explore a series of thematic “time capsules” to discover hidden clues and solve puzzles that reveal the key to their professional future success. The game is designed to assess their problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and creativity. Minimal preparation is required as the game relies on sealed envelopes containing teasers. Bring your curiosity and let’s have some fun.

Setting:
The interview room is transformed into a space with several themed “time capsules.” Each capsule is represented by a decorated table or area with sealed envelopes and thematic props. A digital countdown timer on the wall indicates that candidates have 45 minutes to complete their mission.
Characters:
Interviewer: The person responsible for monitoring the candidates’ progress and providing hints if needed.
Candidates: The team of two candidates selected for the interview. Candidates can choose to come already paired in a team of two, bringing a friend. If the candidates do not come in teams, the interviewer tries to find a teammate on the spot.
Instructions:
Candidates are informed that they must explore each time capsule to uncover clues and solve puzzles related to their potential future at the company. They are instructed to work together to unlock the secrets hidden within the sealed envelopes.
Challenges:
Time Capsule Teasers:
Inside each themed time capsule, candidates find a series of sealed envelopes, each labeled with a number or symbol. These envelopes contain teasers, such as riddles, word puzzles, or visual challenges. Candidates must decipher these teasers to reveal hidden clues or combinations for locks on the capsules.
Thematic Puzzles:
Each time capsule is associated with a specific department or capability of the company (e.g., Marketing, Research & Development, Embedded Capability, Mobile Capability, etc.). The teasers in each capsule are tailored to the theme of that department. For example:
Marketing: Solve a puzzle involving branding logos to reveal a code.
Research & Development: Decipher a scientific formula to unlock a compartment.
Collecting Clues:
As candidates solve the teasers and unlock compartments within the time capsules, they collect clues related to their future roles and responsibilities at the company. These clues may be in the form of jigsaw puzzle pieces, written messages, or visual diagrams.
The Key to Your Future:
Candidates must gather all the clues from the various time capsules and piece them together to reveal the “key to their future.”
Winning Conditions:
The candidates win the game if they successfully unlock the final combination lock and exit the time-capsule room within the 45-minute time limit. The interview is considered a success if they complete the challenge. Some exciting prizes await you!
After the game, a debriefing session is held to discuss the candidates’ experiences and provide feedback.

Technology is heading fast towards driverless vehicles via Autonomous Driving. We created a re-configurable platform as a mini-vehicle that uses automotive-grade hardware to support this trend and for the safe development and testing of such technologies. Health, safety and environment: GreenSense: IoT Data Insights for Environmental Impact
We embrace sustainability with everything we do—from serving our clients, partners and communities to operating as a responsible business.
You will get to see a project we developed to showcase Accenture’s end-to-end vision regarding integrating IoT sensor data into a sustainability reporting system. This project allows insights while driving value through early warning regarding non-compliance against regulatory limits.
