We invite you to an interactive session about diversity at Accenture, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what it’s like to work in a global company that promotes diversity and supports all types of communities.
We’ll start by sharing more about the various communities within Accenture and the opportunities available for colleagues with different passions to get involved.
Then, through a few interactive games, we’ll highlight cultural differences and how they impact collaboration within teams around the world.

Join us to discover one of the most revolutionary AI technologies in recent years: Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). You’ll learn how to create effective prompts and see practical examples of GenAI tools used in our company. At the end, you’ll have the chance to try them yourself and discuss the topic directly with our experts.
Flavours of Diversity – Team Workshop / Wednesday, October 16, 6:15 PM-7:30 PM / Thursday, October 17, 6:15 PM-7:30 PM (max. 30 participants)
Join us for a Sweet Treat Show – a fun and delicious workshop where teams will embark on a sweet journey around the world. Each team will receive a platter of traditional sweets from different countries, each associated with a language used in our recruitment process (e.g., Italian, French, German). The main challenge is for teams to correctly guess both the country of origin and the language spoken there for each dessert.
The activity has several stages, starting with the anonymous presentation of the sweets, allowing team members to discuss and try to guess their origins. Teams facing difficulties can participate in IT and cultural challenges to earn clues about the sweets’ origins, such as IT trivia, language puzzles, or logic games.
After tasting and collecting clues, teams will write down their guesses about the country and language for each dessert. The jury will evaluate all answers and award points for correct identifications, with bonus points for teams that guess both the country and language correctly.
Participants can also earn extra points by solving IT and language challenges.
The winning team will be rewarded.
