CBRE Real Estate Consultancy SRL, as the organizer (“Organizer“) of the Bucharest Companies Night event (“Event“), hereby brings to your attention the following Organization Regulations for the Event:
- The Event will begin at 4:00 PM and will continue until 12:00 AM.
- The Organizer does not guarantee employment at any of the participating companies (“Companies”).
- The use of cameras, as well as video or audio recording devices inside the premises of the participating Companies is not permitted.
- The protection of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR“), we inform you about the nature of the personal data, the purpose and the legal basis for the processing of the personal data that we collect, use and process within the Event.

- Participants understand that the processing of personal data under the conditions and for the purpose stated in these Regulations is indispensable for the Event. Participants in this Event declare that they agree with the provisions of these Regulations, which they have read and fully understood.
- Participants agree that the Organizer may post photos and/or video recordings containing their images and/or voices on the website https://www.noapteacompaniilor.ro/bucuresti as well as on the social media accounts dedicated to the Event (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Participants are aware that certain personal data will be collected directly and exclusively by the participating Companies, which use their own policies regarding the processing of personal data, so Participants are obliged to inform themselves about these, the Organizer having no responsibility in this regard towards the Participants.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any physical, medical, material or other damage suffered as a result of participation in this event.
- Participants are asked to behave civilly throughout the Event.
- Any violent or disrespectful behavior towards other participants or representatives, staff of the participating Companies is strictly prohibited. Participation in the Event while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or prohibited substances of any kind is prohibited. The Organizer, directly or through representatives and/or staff of the participating Companies, reserves the right to prohibit the continued participation of a person if they are in one of the situations described above.
- The rules set out in these Regulations apply to all persons who will take part in the Event, by this publication, it is considered that it has been read and accepted by each person individually.
