16:00 – 17:15 – The Universe of Brand Communication: Storytelling, Inspiration, and Challenges
What makes you a good communicator? Where do you draw your inspiration from, and how do you manage to turn any message into a captivating story? How do rigor and creativity coexist in the realm of communication? What are the peculiarities of communication in the beauty industry?
The universe of communication is complex, challenging, and dynamic, and if you are just starting in this field, you have surely asked yourself at least one of these questions.
We invite you to explore, together with the Filed Communication team from Avon, the universe of communication in all its facets, especially the peculiarities of communication when addressing a community of over 100,000 Representatives.

17:30 – 18:45 – Changing the World Through Beauty and Social Involvement
Since the first product sold globally, 138 years ago, Avon has stood by women, offering them not only access to cosmetic products but also the chance to become more financially independent and confident. Today, we continue to support women, and in Romania, thousands of women continue to turn their passion for beauty into a business. We aim to change the world through beauty, to build a better world for women (which ultimately means a better world for all). That’s why we actively engage in various important causes for our community, including the fight against domestic violence and breast cancer awareness.
We invite you to discover what CSR means, why social involvement of brands is important in the lives of their communities, what this involvement looks like in the world of Avon, and what you need to build a career bringing a little more pink into the lives of those around you.

Let yourself be inspired by the stories of some of the most important people in the Avon team, their surprising career paths, the steps they took to get where they are today, and their contagious passion for the field they work in. Listen to their stories, learn how to face challenges, and discover how you can also build a career in the field that excites you, step by step.
We invite you to an open discussion about career and motivation with part of the Avon management team. You will discover unique and diverse stories from people who joined Avon a long time ago and grew with the brand, as well as from those who explored different fields and working environments until they fell in love with the world of beauty.

17:15 – 18:45 – Discover the Avon World: Cosmetics, Beauty, and Community
At Avon, we love cosmetics and beauty products, the time we dedicate to ourselves, united communities and friendships, and activities that fill us with confidence and enthusiasm.
We invite you to a special workshop where we explore the most colorful, fragrant, and beautiful part of Avon—our favorite products—and connect to the world of beauty, discovering all sorts of tips we can use to feel a little better every day. It will be a #GirlTalk workshop with friendly discussions and practical advice, plenty of cosmetics to try, and lots of information about the world of beauty.
